Monthly bookkeeping
See what’s includedThe core service, and what most clients need. I go through every transaction and categorize it correctly, reconcile all your bank and credit card accounts, and close the month on a set schedule. You get a monthly report package, and your records are ready for your tax preparer at year end.

See what’s includedCall it the monthly buzz. A package each month that says what you earned, what you spent, and where it went, written so you do not need an accounting degree to read it. If you’d like to go over it together on a call, I can do that too.

What it costs
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified, with a degree in math education. Every package below is a fixed monthly price, set before any work starts. What sets it is your transaction volume (every line that hits your bank or card, a purchase, a deposit, a fee), how many bank and credit card accounts you have connected, plus whether you need payroll or bill pay. It works the same whether you’re down the street in Bayfield or across the country: every client gets the identical process.
Get your books set up right and kept current from your first year.
Up to 100 transactions/month, up to 3 connected accounts, up to 3 invoices/month. Payroll available as an add-on. Fits a brand-new LLC or a side business.

The fine print
What I don’t do
A few things are outside what I do, on purpose.
I don’t pay your taxes, file your business or sales tax returns, or give tax advice. Your books stay accurate and organized all year, so whoever prepares your taxes has less work to do, and I work directly with them at year end.
Contracts and worker classification questions go to an attorney.
Running your team day to day, including hiring and firing, stays yours to handle. I’m not HR or an office manager.
