Terms of Use for 5-Minute Abs
5-Minute Abs is published by Grumbee’s Bookkeeping LLC, based in Bayfield, Colorado.
The short version: the app shows you exercises, you decide whether to do them, and you do them at your own risk.
Agreeing to these terms
When you press “I understand” before your first workout, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the app.
Apple’s standard license agreement for apps also applies to 5-Minute Abs. In that agreement, the “Licensor” is Grumbee’s Bookkeeping LLC. You can read it here:
What the app is for
5-Minute Abs is made for you to follow the exercises it shows, for your own personal use. If you use the app at all, that is at your own risk. If you use it in any other way, that is at your own risk too.
Not medical advice
5-Minute Abs shows you short ab and core exercises. It is not medical advice. It is meant for general fitness and enjoyment, and it does not take the place of a doctor, a physical therapist or a trainer.
Check with your doctor before you start if you have a health condition, an injury, or any doubt about whether these exercises are right for you. The notice before your first workout lists the main ones.
You exercise at your own risk
Exercise can cause injury. You choose which moves to do, how hard to push and when to stop. Stop right away if you feel chest pain, dizziness, trouble breathing or sharp pain.
You use this app at your own risk. By using it, you assume all risk of injury or loss.
No promised results
The app does not promise any results whatsoever.
What’s free and what’s paid
The Beginner routine is free. The rest opens with a monthly plan, a yearly plan or a lifetime purchase, all bought inside the app through Apple.
A monthly plan renews each month and a yearly plan renews each year, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. When a plan ends, the paid parts lock again and the Beginner routine stays free.
A lifetime purchase does not end a plan that is already running. Cancel the plan so it stops charging.
Apple handles payments and refunds.
The app is provided as it is
We work to keep the app accurate and working. It is provided as it is, without a warranty. To the extent the law allows, Grumbee’s Bookkeeping LLC is not responsible for injury or loss that comes from using the app. Apple’s standard license agreement sets out these limits in full, and it applies here.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
